Shipping, Postage and Packaging

At Charmed Mystic Crystals my goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live across Australia and the world, ensuring that i provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Packaging: Is committed to reducing our environmental impact by re using and choosing recycled materials for packaging. This means that products and items may not come in fancy or colorful boxes, but in re used and simple ones. We hope you appreciate this service and my efforts to protect the planet.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We will fill the order, which may take up to 48 hours.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–40 business days. Domestic orders are shipped with tracking, which is an Australia Post product. After processing and leaving our location, items usually take between 3 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Once items have left our premises we have no control over how long an item can take to arrive.
