Elite Shungite is the highest quality of shungite containing over 90% carbon with a shinny appearance. The regulare shungie is more of a matte black and contains 30-50% carbin.
Elite shungite come from a town called Shunga in Karelia, Russia.
Because of its richness in carbon it is belived to reduse inflammation, releive stress and sheilds and protect you against EMF. It also releives emotional stresses and desolves and removes energy blockages.
