Libyan Glass
This Tektite was formed
about 26 million years ago by the impact of an asteroid. It is a natural glass (silica) that is found in Egypt on the boarder of Libya.
It is believed to have cosmic energy connecting us to the other realms.
Officially it was discovered in 1932 but there is evidence of older cultures using it in ornaments.
It was discovered from King Tuts burial chamber in the centre of his jewellery encrusted breastplate, where a beautiful piece of Libyan glass is carved into a scarab beetle.

How to care for your Libyan Glass.
Libyan Glass can be fragile, even though it dropped from the heavens above. To clean your Libyan glass, gently wipe with a soft cloth and rinse with water. Avoid harsh chemicals and avoid extreme temperatures. It is also best to avoid leaving it in strong sunlight for extended periods of time. Store in a soft cloth or box.
